1. What we collect

When you interact with DXFForge, we may collect:

  • Email address — when you join the waitlist, download the free sample pack, or purchase a product.
  • Purchase data — order details (product, amount, date) handled and stored by our payment provider on our behalf.
  • Anonymous analytics — page views, country, referrer, and device type via privacy-respecting analytics. No personal profiles are built.
  • Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and remembering preferences.

2. How we use your data

  • Deliver your purchased files and send the download link.
  • Send transactional emails (receipt, file replacement, license).
  • Notify waitlist subscribers when we launch (one-time email, then opt-in only).
  • Understand which designs and pages are popular so we can release more of what you like.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record acting as the seller of record for tax, invoicing, and chargeback purposes. DXFForge never sees or stores your card details, PayPal credentials, or any other payment information. The Merchant of Record's own privacy policy applies to payment data they collect during checkout.

4. Third-party services

We use the following providers, each with their own privacy practices:

  • Merchant of Record — checkout, payment processing, tax handling, and receipts.
  • Cloudflare — site hosting, DNS, file storage, and DDoS protection.
  • Resend — transactional and waitlist email delivery.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous traffic measurement.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Unsubscribe from any marketing emails at any time using the link in the email footer.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data retention

We keep purchase records for 7 years (legal/tax requirement). Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymous analytics are aggregated and not tied to any identifiable user.

7. Children

DXFForge is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
