License Terms

Effective for all designs purchased from DXFForge.

Summary (TL;DR)

  • ✅ Use for personal projects — unlimited
  • ✅ Sell physical products made from our designs (cut, engraved, painted, etc.)
  • ✅ No royalties, no attribution required, no per-sale fees
  • ❌ Do not resell, share, or redistribute the raw DXF / SVG / source files
  • ❌ Do not include our files in design packs or bundles you sell
  • ❌ Do not claim authorship of the designs

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, DXFForge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased design file(s) for the purposes described below.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use the design for personal, hobby, and home-decor projects.
  • Cut, engrave, mill, route, or otherwise reproduce the design on physical materials.
  • Sell the resulting physical products (signs, panels, wall art, gates, etc.) — both online and in person — without paying royalties or providing attribution.
  • Modify the design (scale, mirror, recolor, combine with other designs).

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, gift, or distribute the raw digital files (DXF, SVG, AI, etc.) in any form.
  • Include the files in any design pack, bundle, marketplace listing, or other digital product.
  • Upload the files to file-sharing services, torrents, or public repositories.
  • Claim the designs as your own original work.
  • Use the designs to train AI/ML models.

4. Refund Policy

Because designs are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted, unreadable, or significantly differs from what is shown, contact us at hello@dxfforge.com within 7 days and we will replace it.

5. Full Access Bundle

The Full Access Bundle is a one-time purchase that grants the licenses described above for every design currently available and every design released in the future, for as long as DXFForge continues to operate. Bundle access is tied to the purchasing email and cannot be transferred.

6. Disclaimer

All designs are provided "as is". DXFForge verifies designs on production machines but is not liable for material costs, machine damage, or any other losses arising from the use of the files. You are responsible for verifying compatibility with your machine and material before cutting.
